Click the enquiry button on any domain. That opens an email template with the domain name in the subject, which you send to info@variantai.lt. We confirm availability and issue a VAT invoice within 2 business days.

The contract is formed once we confirm the enquiry in writing, issue the invoice, and you pay it.

Once payment is confirmed, we initiate the transfer to your registrar account within 48 business hours.

If the transfer is delayed because we do not receive the required details from you, or the registry confirmation email is not approved, that delay is outside our responsibility.

Yes. MB Variantai is VAT registered, number LT100016340412, and every price shown includes 21 % VAT.

For company purchases we issue a separate VAT invoice with your company details, so please include them in your enquiry.

Payment is by bank transfer against the invoice. Beneficiary: MB Variantai, Swedbank AB, IBAN LT05 7300 0101 7368 2831, with the invoice number as the payment reference.

The invoice is payable within 5 calendar days of issue unless agreed otherwise. If it is not paid in that time we may cancel the order and offer the domain to other buyers.

Listed prices are final and not subject to negotiation unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may change prices, but changes do not affect transactions already confirmed.

An account at a .lt registrar, for example Registrų centras, Hostex or another Domreg registrar, or an indication of which registrar should receive the domain.

You also need to supply the transfer details on time and approve the transfer confirmation email sent by the registry, if your registrar requires it.

Private individuals may withdraw within 14 calendar days of the contract being concluded, provided the transfer has not started.

If you confirm by email that the transfer may begin before that period ends, the right to withdraw ceases from the moment the transfer is initiated. It does not apply to company purchases.

We warrant that the domains are lawfully registered to MB Variantai, are not pledged or restricted, are active and free of technical blocks at the time of transfer, and that we hold full rights to transfer ownership.

We do not warrant a domain's commercial value or its fitness for a particular business purpose, and trademark or intellectual-property risk must be assessed by the buyer. Our liability never exceeds the amount actually paid for the domain.
